SUPPORTED LANGUAGES / UNICODE RANGES
The OpenType format supports Unicode, a computing industry standard for the consistent encoding, representation and handling of text expressed in most of the world's writing systems. Please check the Font Software for its Unicode range before purchasing.

Latin-1 Supplement
This unicode range covers only western European languages:
• 1252 Latin 1 (Western Europe)
• 1250 Latin 2 (Eastern Europe)

Latin Extended-A
This unicode range supports many languages and covers a huge geographical region, including Europe (except for Greece), North and South America, large parts of Africa and some areas in Asia. It covers most European Latin letters missing from Latin-1 Supplement. When combined with Latin-1 Supplement the Latin Extended-A Unicode range lets you write Afrikaans, Basque, Breton, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Esperanto, Estonian, French, Frisian, Greenlandic, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Provençal, Rhaeto-Romanic, Romanian, Romany, Sami, Slovak, Slovenian, Sorbian, Turkish and Welsh.

CUSTOMISED FONTS
If you miss glyphs for your specific application (e.g. accents, monetary symbols etc.) please contact us to get your customised version.

Order and download our Font Software immediately through our website. Choose your preferred way of paying from two options of secure online payment services: Stripe or PayPal. The transfer of confidential information during the payment process is protected by Stripe and PayPal (e.g. credit card details).

STRIPE PAYMENT

CURRENCY
All prices are in Swiss Franc (CHF). Additional credit card charges may be made through your credit card company.

ORDER VIA E-MAIL
Or order fonts via e-mail: We’ll first send you a digital invoice and after the successful payment the font files. Please consider that this process can take a while.

Once the payment is made the font files will be available for immediate download. We’ll also send you confirmation email (receipt) with a link to your download page.

Your download link will be active for seven (7) days and valid for up to ten (10) downloads. In case you would like to receive your fonts files once the the direct download option has expired just get in touch with us and we will make sure you receive your font files asap!

Contact us in case you don’t receive the automated email after your purchase (also check your spam folder) or if you have any questions regarding the purchase and download of our font files.

The EuropaType Terms & Conditions form part of any online (e.g. through our website) or offline (e.g. via email) purchase of Font Software from EuropaType.

END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Our End User License Agreement (EULA) automatically forms part of the legally binding EuropaType Terms & Conditions which apply actively or passively agreed to at every purchase of Font Software from EuropaType. Please read the EuropaType End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully when using EuropaType Font Software.

COPYRIGHT
EuropaType reserves all copyrights on the design of this website and any material published on it, unless otherwise stated. The reproduction or republishing without written permission by EuropaType is not allowed. Any material from EuropaType may be used for presentation purposes only and must be credited to the designer as well as to EuropaType.com.

ORDER
You can order and download our Font Software immediately through our website.
It is also possible to order EuropaType Software via e-mail. We then will send you an invoice and as soon as the payment is received we will send you the Font Software via e-mail. Please consider that this process can take a while.

PAYMENT
EuropaType uses Stripe online payment service which allows payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. Stripe offers secure payment via diverse Credit Card companies even without being a registered user at Stripe. It is a secure and easy way to pay for EuropaType Font Software. PRICES
All prices on www.europatype.com are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Additional credit card charges may be made through your credit card company.

DELIVERY / DOWNLOAD
The Font Software will be provided for immediate download via your personal download link sent to you by e-mail to your confirmed e-mail address. This e-mail will also content the receipt of your purchase.
The download folder contains the Font Software purchased and the EuropaType End User Licence Agreement (EULA). Use the link for future downloads of the Font Software for as many downloads as Licences bought.

Please contact EuropaType if you do not receive the automatic e-mail after your purchase and also check your spam folder.

CANCELLATION
The purchaser cannot withdraw from a purchase once he has received the download link for EuropaType Font Software. By paying for EuropaType Font Software the right to reverse purchase is lost unless the items are defected. If this happens, please contact EuropaType. If the items cannot be mended or substituted, the payment will be returned.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of Font Software, it is not possible to return nor refund the Font Software purchased.

WARRANTY & LIABILITY
1 – For a period of thirty (30) days after delivery of the Font Software to the End User, EuropaType warrants that the Font Software is essentially free from material defect and will perform in accordance with the specifications published by EuropaType. There are no warranties or conditions of any kind after the thirty (30) day warranty period. The warranty does not apply to any Font Software converted, manipulated or modified by the End User. The End User’s remedy and the sole liability of EuropaType is to repair or replace the defective parts of the Font Software within the thirty (30) days period after delivery.
2 – Except for the foregoing limited warranty (see 1), EuropaType makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, as to non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. 
3 – Under no circumstances will EuropaType be liable to the End User or any other party for any special, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental damages, including without limitations lost data, lost profits, lost savings, lost business opportunities or business interruption as a result of the use of the Font Software, even if notified in advance of such possibility.
4 – EuropaType does not warrant that the operation of the Font Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Font Software is without defects. The Font Software is not intended and was not designed or manufactured for use in any circumstances where the failure of the Font Software could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. The Font Software is not fault tolerant and is not intended for use in the control, operation of process control devices or equipment for manufacturing, or for use in navigational devices.

By agreeing to EuropaType’s Terms & Conditions the customer assures the correctness of the personal information. In return EuropaType is committed to protect the customer’s personal data by using security measures and processes to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use or exposure.
The transfer of confidential information to PayPal (e.g. credit card details) is protected by PayPal.
